Non-federal student loan Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Florida

Great Lakes has been calling me 5-10 times a day about my deceased father 's student loan. They have reported the debt as a delinquency on my credit and refuse to settle the debt when I called to explain the situation.
