I have been receiving collection calls from Ally Financial after I explained to them I am not the party they are seeking please remove my number and do not call my cell. I have received - more calls this week from - harassing me, these calls were made on - and - to my cell-. I understand they are currently in violation of the FDCPA prohibiting calls to my cell after I have told them numerous times not to contact me I am not the correct party. I will also send this complaint to the CEO of the company
