Please Reference my prior case with this companyCFPB CASE # - A WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION THAT CONFIRM ORIGINAL DATE OF DELINQENCYA woman by the name of - - was working with me previously regarding the above ; she had provided me detailed information as well as her contact information. The issue is her contact number is only a voicemail, I have left her a voicemail, but I have not heard back. I also sent her an email. I seem to have had no luck ( only reach a preset voicemail. ) And No email replyOne document that was not provided to me is a statement that provides the ORIGINAL DATE OF DELINQUENCY. The original delinquency date is the date the account first became delinquent and was not brought completely current.


The Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) Section - 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) clearly states that a creditor must provide this in writing upon request this Document. Please provide this information so that I may update my records. I hope to resolve this with you directly before opening a new CFPB Complaint. The original delinquency date applies to the first late payment. In which the account was never brought current. Thank you
