Citibank Credit card department,
This is a complaint about Citi bank credit card electronic transfer fraud by Citi bank. As of -/-/2015 they issued a payment via mobile transfer from my Nevada state bank account to payoff my credit card account without authorization. My bank reverse the charges, after I notified them and adviced me to contact Citi bank to investigate how and why this occurred. After getting the run around at citi bank they refuse to tell me how this transfer happened. I am attaching a copy of my payment transfer to this credit card for your viewingI thank you for your help and consideration in this matter and hope to hear from you soon.
