We have been working on a short sale with my mortgage lender for over 6 months. We have a buyer that is meeting the lender requested value based on the appraisal of our home. The lender is stating they are waiting on a variance from HUD to schedule settlement of our home. Our mortgage lender is stating they can not guarantee the scheduled - sheriff 's sale will be postpone. Please work with my mortgage lender to allow us to continue with the short sale of our home and delay the pending foreclosure.
