I have been receiving constant calls from this company and have told the agency before that when I am available to take care of this matter, I will. They have called me several times while at work and I have advised them that I am currently at work and to please call back later. The lady on the phone - ' was extremely rude to me. I told her I am currently at work to please call later and she responds Yeah whatever, you always say that '' and hung up in my face. I then called Fidelity Creditors back and asked to speak to a manager who then also started to mock me because of my complaint about the previous agent who called and was rude. He was like Oh what bothered you so much? The fact that she called at -? '' when I clearly explained to him what bothered me. The practices of this company is completely unprofessional and should be addressed as using these kinds of tactics to collect a debt only makes people hate these collection agencies even more.
