Synchrony Bank Credit card department,
SYNCHRONY Bank/Amazon I place an order with - in -, I returned the defective item - -, Amazon received the item on - - but never issued a refund to my credit card. I called the card company today wanting to dispute the charge the bank told me they wo n't do the dispute and to call Amazon. Today I have been on phone with the bank and they said call amazon. I was on with Amazon they said call Synchrony bank. This happened about - times today. I did close my account with this bank behind this issue. I paid the all the bill except $53.00 the amount of the credit I am due.
