My name is - -, SSN -. I cosigned for a loan for my daughter - - -. I filed a complaint against Navient a few months ago because Navient reported 90 late payment to the credit bureaus after constant communication with them. In - 2015 I was told to make a payment to stop the reporting and at that same time I was reported as being 90 days late. I have never committed to monthly payments or I would have paid them. - communicated with Navient re : her payments. I have never had a late payment with Navient. Their agreement was with - to pay monthly that I was not a party of. In -/-/-, I paid the $500.00 to clear my name and they will not change the status on my report. I think the late 90 day notice should be reported on - 's report no mine. I have been denied a house loan because of this I did not agree to pay. Also, Navient continues to harass me weekly. - has been in school full time since - 2015, and I get calls every Sat and Sunday although an in-school deferment was submitted. I would like to have someone follow up and assist me with this complaint. To date, I have not outstanding loans with Navient and have never had a late payment. Please help. I would like to purchase my home but need the 90-day late payment deleted from my report. - -
