Synchrony Bank Credit card department,
Unable to access online bank account, check balance, and make payments with Synchrony Bank - Amazon 's Store Card provider. Refused to issue new password. So I could not check account online. They provided me with a new password once I threatened to file a complaint with the CFPB.
