The leters noted that I had student loan that totaled approximately $19000.00 and that the original debtor wanted the money in full and now. I spoke with a lady named -. She went on to note that she really was not concerned with me it was my mother who was the cosigner -/-/- that she was after. She noted that she would settle for $16000.00. I asked to make payments and she continued to note that she need the full payment of the settlement. She went on to note that she had spoken with my mother on Wednesday who is - years od and with failing health problems. She noted that my mother told her she did not know about any loans. She went on to tell my mother to go to the police station according to my mother and sign papers on me for forging her signnature and she would send her the papers. However she went on to tell me that as we were speaking she was processing the paperwork with the police department to have me arrested. I again asked for a installments of at least $ - $150.00 per month until paid in full and allowing her to draw a contact that if I miss a pyment all moneies become due in full but thsi was not an option.
