Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC Massachusetts

I recently went on - and began filling out their online application to get a quote on how much I would be able to receive as a loan with the first time homeowners program. I did NOT submit any of my information and after randomly checking my credit score -, I noticed that my credit score has DECREASED about - points. I looked to see what caused this drastic change and saw that it was based on - banks pulling hard inquiries on my credit without my consent or knowledge. I would like to file a complaint with Transunion and to reverse this action and return my score to its original score if possible. Thank you so much.
