While reviewing my - credit report, I noticed that a fraudulent collection was posted on my report by NORTHLAND GROUP INC . Thereafter, I personally contacted NORTLAND GROUP INC. and disputed the validity of this debt in its entirety based upon ID THEFT. During my contact with NORTHLAND GROUP INC . I requested that all collection on this account to cease and to delete this adverse information from my credit report until a complete and full investigation is conducted determining the validity of the DEBT as required under Fair Debt Collection Act. To this extent, NORTHLAND GROUP INC. recklessly disregarded my request and continued unlawful collection attempt in clear violation of the law ( FCRA ; FDCA & PRIVACY RIGHTS ), without just cause or any legitimate reason.
