U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I have a credit card issued by Independent Bank. I have never had a late payment with the bank. Some months ago they said that the card was under a fraud alert - I could not then access the account through the internet. And when I called the company to resolve the issue they would put me through a whole host of security questions before condescending even to tell me the current balance. They would not tell me what the fraud issue was and would not remove the fraud alert. I have called their customer service 3 times already and still I have no resolution - the fraud alert is not removed and I have not been told what was the cause. I have never had this issue with any other bank. Whenever there is a fraud alert or a bad charge with other banks they contact me and the issue is resolved right away with - call. The customer service at Independent Bank is terrible and I would not recommend that anyone use their products or services.
