AES/PHEAA Student Loan Complaint

AES/PHEAA Student loan department,

I have taken out - private student loans, which American Education Services ( AES ) bought out. I have been paying on these - loans every month and I pay on time. My payments total - and only - ( ballpark ) goes towards the actual balance. Since - a total of - has gone towards my balance and the rest I was told went to interest. I called this company numerous times to get help from them regarding a payment plan and they are never any help. They say I used up my options. They are not very professional or friendly. The representatives are rude. They do not explain how the repayment plans work and they do n't notify the customer that they only get - chances to change their repayment plan. I have done some research on this company and there are numerous bad reviews about the company, with many consumers complaining about the same problems. This company should be investigated and looked in to by someone, as I think they are ripping people off. I work very hard for my income and I pay faithfully to this loan and the balance is barely going down.
