American Express Serve card refuses to release funds on hold from a vendors error and even after vendor tried to contact them to release the funds, would not supply the vendor with the information needed to cancel the overcharge of $83.00 from -/-/2015. Insisting that I wait 7 days for the change to just " Fall off ''. I understand that they have whatever policy in place for security, but after being presented with the necessary information from the vendor still refusing to relinquish funds, causing me to not to be able to buy food for my family.
