Navient Debt Collection Complaint

Navient Debt collection department,

I do not know Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Indiana

My - year old daughter is getting phone calls daily during school hours threating her when she has answered the phone stating she is not the person they are trying to contact and messages left daily on her phone. They call her daily and continuously, I have called and asked them to take her off their call list on multiple occasions, left messages and to no avail. I do not believe my - year old should be harassed when clearly she is NOT the person that owns this debt. Harassing a minor can not possible be condoned for the collection of a debt. Causing undue stress to a young - girl should be considered bullying!
