Early Warning Services, LLC Credit reporting department,

Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine Minnesota

Consumer # -Dispute Case ID : -Bank Name : - -Reference : --The situation that happened is that I figured out that information was used to open an account on a financial institition and I contacted them to dispute this deposit accounts. They contacted me and removed me from any liability from those accounts however Early Warning will not remove this inaccuarate negatative reporting from my consumer report. I have attached a police report.
