Amex Credit card department,
American Express Prepaid decided to start levying a monthly maintenance fee without 1 ) Informing me or 2 ) getting any contractual signatures from me. They proceeded to deplete my account of all the money I had already deposited. When I contacted them to cancel the account, there was no paper reciept / paper trail that I could get to confirm that my account has been cancelled.
