Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Received bad information about my loan Maine
My son was accepted into the - - of - - -/-/2009. While having visited the school, we were asked to fill out paper work and loan information. Unknowingly, I co-signed for a private loan for my son. We have since found out this is a predatory on be half of the school and should not have been. My son is now $22000.00 in debt with the private loan alone and another $22000.00 in debt through - - ( - ). I would like this complaint to be two fold. 1 ) We would like to file the complaint about - - in their acquiring loans that that were deceptive and predatory2 ) And about the - - in it self. My son ended up having a health issue that he was asked to leave class because of the health issue that the school never compensated him for loss class time. What action can we take on his behalf? Thank you.
