A refinance mortgage loan application that has take 11 months and still no closing date yet. I start the application in - 2015 and a credit report was pulled them, three months went by and another credit report was pulled without my authorization. After that I was promise that it will take another month and we will be closing by them. - came in and the loan officer disappear without even a courtesy note or email. They brought another officer that is trying to joggle all the mess that it was thrown on his plate, still the people that he have to rely on to complete the process seem to be incompetent. The estimates were all so off that they ask me to take a loan against my - to cover the closing cost. The only reason I have not pull the plug is because I am so compromise and I am not feeling well to start all over again. This probably will be my last mortgage process.
