Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't get flexible payment options Pennsylvania
I need to refi, extend term, etc on my student loan to make my repayment more affordable. I am a min wage person. I did not graduate from my school - - but have been struggling to keep making payments which I have been doing for over six years. RBS Citizens is my lender. I have tried to contact them but have had NO RESPONSE. I can pay some just not under the current payment terms.
