I have received - letters from Synchrony Bank within the last 30 days, informing me they were closing/reducing my credit limits on the following credit cards, most of which I have had for over 10-15 years : -, -, -, -, - ( - ) accounts, -, -, - -, - - -, -, - -. Quite a few of these accounts have - balance or very low balances. I began experiencing problems with Synchrony around 1.5 years ago. I began seeing late fees of $ - $38.00 appear on my statements. After numerous attempts to contact a live person w/Synchrony, I was rudely spoken to, was told my bank ( - ) did n't release my automatic bill pay in time for them to receive before the due date!!! I have worked closely with - to insure all of my credit card payments were released, as stated in my bill pay. This deceptive/unethical manner of tacking on fees is just not right. I confirmed with - on every occasion of these fees added on my each month 's bill, that payment on my credit cards had been sent to Synchrony, as stated on my bill pay each month. How can this bank continue to conduct such a deceptive manner of placing these fees on statements every month? Consumers are just spinning their wheels each month, by trying to rise above these hidden/false/excesive charges on our statements. I 've tried to call within the last three weeks and getting a live person with Synchrony is impossible. But ... I 'm receiving no less than - telephone calls from 'UNKNOWN ', but no one is there, when I answer!!! I just do n't know what to do to correct this nightmare. It 's interesting that I 've had these credit cards for YEARS and only recently have I been been experiencing late payments, fees, endless telephone calls beginning @ - - -.
