My husband is in the military and I am a spouse that has followed my husband - for the last 10 years. I have sent proof that this account is not mine since I was living - during that period of time but they ignored the letter. This account although was not mine I still payed it because it was hurting my credit. I never received a notice just until - of this past year and I went online and payed for the account. The person used my hotmail account to open this account. I have sent copies of documents and even an affidavit from the - we are posted on and still there is no resolution. I do not know what else to do solve this problem since I still live - with my spouse serving our country. This has been an ongoing issue since 2012.
