My mother passed away earlier this year and I tried to get Wells Fargo to put the loan in my name. My attorney sent them the death certificate again but a month later they had still not coded it properly. I am supposed to be working with the assumption/silmutaneous modification department but they will not give me an answer since they do not have it in their system that my mother passed away.
