I refinanced our truck loan with 1st Investors Servicing Corp and never paid a late payment. Our truck value was almost a loss compared to the amount of my auto loan. I entered into a settlement ( - 2012 ) to payoff off the loan at a lower amount with out impacting my credit. I worked with - - ( Settlement Dept ) and he even had an appraiser come to our house to value the truck. I provided the payment that was agreed and my credit was not to be impacted. I have a written letter from 1st Investors with the details. Now almost 3 years later 1st Investors just started to report to the credit bureaus late payment and a charge off status, prior to this the credit reporting was not negative. They have breached their written settlement agreement. I 'm trying to refinance my current auto loan and this has impacted my credit ratings with all - agencies.
