Not only am I paying an unreasonable interest rate, but, I requested months ago that my payment be moved from the first of the month to the end of the month. I even sent in a form requesting this in writing, this was never done. Since that time, I have been charged late fees and DAILY simple interest. This has inflated the principal owed to an unmanageable level. I have paid faithfully on this vehicle for five years.
