I just received a call from Convergent Outsourcing to call them back at - because they are trying to collect a debt I owe. The call was automated. I just refinanced student loans two days ago and am absolutely positive that I do n't have any debt that I am currently behind on. I did a quick - search to see if this entity has emerged in other complaints, and it seems that it has a notorious online presence. There is even a law firm - that has information regarding this entity on their website.
