Unsolicited issuance of credit card Ohio
US Bank ( - - -, - -, OH - ) opened up a credit card without my consent. I have contacted the Bank and they have submitted a request to the Credit Bureau to remove my inquiry. I need the bank to take action as soon as possible on this issue
