Synchrony Bank Credit card department,
I was unable to make a payment to my Amazon.com Rewards Visa account due to their website not functioning in - 2013 and let Synchrony Bank know what happened, after I paid for my account, which was right after it was late and the website was functioning. I want them to correct my late payment with the credit bureaus. I have tried to contact them but they have do n't have an email, their website is down again, and they keep disconnecting me via telephone. Please ensure that the late payment is removed from my credit report?
