-/-/2015 CFPB helped resolve an issue with a credit reporting issue from - -. You provided me with a letter response from - - with accurate information which I sent a mailed dispute and copy of letter to each credit bureau- Transunion-. - corrected the information, however Transunion is refusing to correct the information. They have a copy of the letter, but are still refusing and are stating they need a newer copy of the letter, even though it is dated -/-/15. This has severely impacted my ability to refinance my home.as rates are now rising. I would like to have this investigated as to why they are refusing to correct an error that has been sufficiently documented it is an error.
