Midland Funding LLC has been trying to collect a debt they say I owe from another company they bought the debt from. Problem is that I do not know the company and have told them I do not owe this debt. They would call my house about - times a day, and kept harassing me about this debt. when I asked for proof that of the original amount, they kept insisting they sent this to me, which I never received. My husbands Aunt has the same first and last name as I do, and is in the process of filing Bankrupt. I do not owe this company and now they are trying to take a legal judgment against me. Sick of harassing calls from a company, I owe nothing too. Sick of this company trying to sue me for money I do not owe. If they purchased this debt why would n't they make sure they have the right person.
