In -/-/-, I left the USA to - in the pursuit of a -. By mid - I was still jobless, so I was unable to keep up the payments from abroad. Therefore I pursued negotiations directly with - to find a hardship program or some payment system that would at least lower the payments. End of -, we had reached a deal to work a payment plan that would lower the payment and keep the credit from faltering. Unfortunately, they denied everything that I had negotiated as if it did not happen and I was only bubbling the payments. They rudely cared little for me and did nothing to help, only demanding only payments. By the end of - I tossed my hands in the air. I had to make a decision between food and the payments. Of course, I chose food.

I will be sending a letter soon to dispute this wrongful situation.
