Midland Funding LLC tried to sue us in court for a credit card debt that was out of the Statutes of Limitations. WE responded with this information in the clerk of courts. Midland filed to have it taken to court any. We had to attend court with a judge that preached to me and my wife that you need to be a lawyer to address the court After I stated that the Statutes were out. He would n't let me say anything else. We went to the clerks office and once again filed that the statues were out. Finally Midland had a dismissal without prejudice entered. I we had n't known to state the statues at the clerks office, We would have had a judgement against us that should have not happened anyway, like others we have with nasty midland crooks.
