Related case - can TransUnion put up such a fight to remove items from - - - when - has admitted that there is no proof of me being late on this credit card listed on my file? How can TransUnion say an they have verified an item with the original furnisher when the original furnisher ( - ) has addmitteed that they do not have a record of me being late? Please see attached recorded call. This raises a lot of other issues including, but not limited to FCRA section 623.
