I have had a charge account with First National since -/-/- never missed a payment. -/-/- i set up a payment online that was due -/-/- at the same time i set the account up for auto pay but using a different checking account.. First National Credit Card sent me a text one week later stating that my account was past due the same day i called to see why the account was past due. The rep informed me mmy payment could not be processed because the bank name didnt match the acct information. I confirmed the account information thatmy payments always came from while on the phone she wwas able to process the payment. FNB had mix the acct information up in the process of doing do reported my acct past due when i made the payment the same day i received notice.
