I received a letter from Santander Bank ( - PA ) on -/-/15 stating that I had a balance of -. I mailed them a check for - which they received on -. I called to ask how I could pay off the remaining loan. They told me that over the one month period that had added an additional 10 % in late fees to loan and now the balance had grown by $500.00.
