I 've been a cardholder since 2008 I have - rushcards for different financial reasons due to past history of Identity theft. But now when it comes to me trying to use my card it has been and still is the worst nightmare ever. I normally have $50.00 come or of my acct to put in my - savings acct just to feel like I 'm apart of a bank, because rushcard is not accepted at most places ( prepaid ) and to now have to rely on this money to halfway get me by. I 've never experienced this yet with my card. I 've called numerous of occasions no response or i get placed on hold unknowingly if i do FINALLY get connected, or maybe even HUNGUP on after holding on for hours. Im still checking my mobile app and it 's still not allowing me to login, checking my online acct it may show that I 'm locked out invalid credentials ( user id/password ) or finally after answering numerous questions then it shows $2.00 WTH.. I feel shameful to have to go to my mother for help with a - old son who needs essential things that I ca n't afford right now or even borrow money from a payday loan to only not even be for sure if I would have the money to pay them back when it comes which is scheduled very soon. All these services fees are ridiculous, making - be a fee free month is a SLAP IN THE FACE. Something needs to be done ASAP, this is unacceptable ... DO SOMETHING OR IM LEAVING RUSHCARD
