i got a auto tital loan to buy a new transmission for my truck. i paid WCC blindly on the for over 14 months ..thinking it was also going to help my credit as they told me it would..but i found out they only gave me $300.00 credit toward the principle ... after over a year of paying $200.00 per-month. i tried to get mediation with the consumer affairs office in - - with - -, at -. Her e-mail is : --. - -, Mediator Department of Consumer and Business Affairs ( - ) -- had a conversation with the manager at WCC : - -WCC Servicing Supervisor, Wiltshire Consumer Credit Fax : --Email : -- said he would write a new contract and i suggested - payments of - each and im out of the contract.. he agreed and never sent the agreement as he said he would in - hrs. today 's date is - - he has not sent any file or contact. i have emailed, called and called the - women down town with Department of Consumer and Business Affairs ... no one has responded. for the last 2.5 weeks the collection natzies of WCC have been calling me - times per day-harassing me to pay-being very rude to me-hanging up on me - times-over talking to me ... telling m to pay and threatening me- the supervisor has not called, emailed or sent a new contract- i went to the web page and its down ... not working .... - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - issues - - - - - - - - -i feel stressedi cant sleepI 'm extremely frustratedi caught a guy looking at my truck in front of my house i think he was trying to repo my truckall my tools and my job needs my truck I 'm am a handyman .. -
