I am filing this complaint on behalf of my - year old mom who lives alone and has -. She continues to receive approximately 3 calls per day from phone number -. When she answers the phone, they hang-up on her. I googled the phone number and found it to be associated with Commonwealth Financial, a debt collection agency. My mom has no debt and has always paid her bills in full and on-time. I tried contacting Commonwealth via the above phone number, but all I get is an automated message. If I select the option to speak to a live person, I automatically get hung-up on. I tried that several times to no avail.
