RushCard sent out a message that they were updating their systems 2 weeks ago. I am currently unemployed and have to count on my unemployment to pay bills and feed my family.. I have called from - -/-/15 and was hung up on - times ... I was told on my - call to go to the ATM for my online access is currently showing suspended and when I call to check my card it states : " Your card is not activated ''. I tried the ATM to no avail and called a - time and the rep. stated that there is nothing they can do for the 33 % of customers that can not access their money ... I think that this is unfair when you expect to get your fees!!! We as consumers are ; being told to sit and wait on a text as to when you can access your funds no expected date can be given ... I will not continue to use Rush and will advise all of America not to use them ... ... This is Robbery!!!! We need HELP NOW!!!!!
