Other (i.e. phone, health club, etc.) Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine California

My family share plan with - started -/-/-. - lines, -,-,-,-. - lines out of - had expired contract ( no contract binding ) and the other would have expired -/-/-. - had offered me free phones with a 2 year contract renewal, but the phones they sent us were not what we expected so I returned it with in the 14 days. We had no service with - as of -/-/-. But - decided to charge me for - cancelled contracts for - phones ( -. - - = $680.00 ) which were returned within the time limit. - then had sold the false debt to Pinnacle ( debt collection agency ). I contacted -, spoke to - - and Supervisor - but they said they can not do anything about this because they sold it to Pinnacle collection and I should dispute it with them. Pinnacle said they can not do anything about it and that I should go to -. - SOLD A FALSE DEBT TO PINNACLE TO PUNISH ME BECAUSE I LEFT THEIR COMPANY AND WENT TO THEIR COMPETITOR - on -/-/-. Receipt attachedLINE ENDING - CONTRACT ENDED -/-/-. Contract was cancelled 4 months before expiration date. Charges should have been prorated. ( - x - = - - - not only sold a incorrect debt to Pinnacle but report and damage my credit for four years plus. If they had sent me a bill for -, I would have paid it immediately. Please stop this cheating company from cheating the average people of our country. Thank you
