Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Don't agree with fees charged Connecticut

University -, - CTI have a private loan with American Education Services. There is a discrepancy with the interest I was charged and my outstanding balance. I will upload any documentation necessary for an assessment of this situation. Thanks
