Synchrony Bank Credit card department,
I was going online to paid my credit card bill of Walmart number # - but they service was not operated online, I had call the credit card to make a payment by phone today but post date for -/-/2015, I was told by customer service representative from Synchrony Bank that I was going to be charge a late fee of $35.00 because it was past due and I reply to her is not pass due. Can you please process the payment of $98.00 on -/-/2015, She process the payment with no problem, she gave me the confirmation # -, This is not the first time I been charge for late fee of $35.00 for the month of -/-/2015. What gimmick or scam they are running in the credit card department, I 'm requesting investigation on this matter or issue ASAP, This is hardship for me at this present time or moment, I am not happy as a customer of Walmart/Synchrony Bank - - - -, GA -, telephone -. I feel and believe they should n't be a cut of time making a payment online or by phone. This unfair for the customer, including my self.
