Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Washington

I am applying for companies that use Hire Right background checking services. I would like to retain a background check on myself through this service. They wo n't let you retain your own report unless a company has requested a report on you. But by then it is too late and I will have lost the job.
