Asset Acceptance hired attorney - who filed judgment against me -/-/- on a debt that is not mine. They just recently levied my - - - account in ths amount of $860.00 I contacted Attorneys office and they advised me to file police report of id theft and that this alleged debt is not mine. I filed police report along with FTC complaint and submitted all documentation to attorneys office by certified mail USPS tracking # - -/-/- They advised me they would speak to there client and get clarification of the debt. I have called there office every week and they claim that it is still being investigated and that there client has not responded to them with definite answer on validation of this debt. I have asked for my money back from bank levy and to this day they have no answer for me or cant even tell me where this debt came from. Please get me my money back this is not my debt.
