I paid this loan off in - 2015. They processed a payment after the loan was taken out. I asked for a refund of the payment. I ended up receiving the refund through - - -. I have spoken to several different people and even sent my banking statement showing I never received a refund from them. The refuse to clear the account and it is negatively affecting my credit. I was hung up on 3 times while calling to speak to someone. I have someone arguing with me after I sent in the documentation of the what she asked. I would like this situation resolved immediately.
