I acquired a new mobile number in - 2015 for business purposes. Not long afterward, I started receiving calls from various creditors of the person that previously had the telephone number. Generally, an explanation would clear up the matter right away. Not so with Navient. For months now Navient has called my line multiple times a day, even after I called back to explain that the student that it had on file no longer had this number and being assured that my phone number was deleted from its system.
