On -/-/15 was expecting a direct deposit from my employer to be on my rushcard. I logged onto my online account and checked my transactions and I could see where my deposit was made from my employer but my balance was still at $25.00 ( from what I saved from my payroll last week ). I had been calling rushcard nonstop since -/-/15. I was finally able to get in touch with someone @ rushcard and when I told her what was going on with my account she said that my account was - $870.00. When I asked her how can my account be in the negative when I get a payroll deposit from my employer every week and you can only spend what you deposit, she caught an attitude and then saywell you can just close your aaccount. I told her I was calling about my money not to close my account and ask her to transfer me to a supervisor. She transferred me to her supervisor. I was on holold for about - mins. then the phone clicked off so I called back and they said to call back in the morning to talk to a supervisor.I have been calling 2 days straight with no answer. Please help because this is ridiculous. This rushcard glitch has affected me tremendously and then on top of that they are trying to say to say my account is negative $870.00 which is impossible
