A LITTLE OVER A YEAR AGO ON - -, 2014 I NOTICED A CHARGE I DID N'T KNOW WHERE IT WAS TO SO I CALLED ( - ) & ASKED THEM WHY HAD THEY BEEN CHARGING ME THEY ASKED MY INFO THE LAST - OF CARD CHARGED I TOLD THEM THEY COULD N'T FIND ANYTHING THEY SAID SEND A PRINT OUT OF CHARGES & THEY WOULD RETURN MY MONEY.. SO I CALLED MY DEBIT CARD PEOPLE ( DIRECT E-PRESS M.C. ) & THEY SAID THEY DO N'T SEND COPIES & TOLD ME TO CLOSE THAT ACCOUNT & THEY 'D SEND ME ANOTHER.. SO I DID THAT & ASKED THEM TO INVESTIGATE A LONG WHILE LATER THEY SAID THEY INVESTIGATED & SAID NO FRAUD COMMITTED. I ARGUED ABOUT IT & THEY HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO SAY ABOUT IT.. ON -/-/2014 $1.00, oN - -, $29.00, - - $29.00, - - $29.00 ON - - $29.00 & ON - - 2014 ANOTHER $29.00 WAS TAKEN OUT. I HAVE BAD - & I DO N'T NEED TO HAVE MY CREDIT MONITORED SO TO GET - SERVICES I WOULD NEVER DO. & IF USDIRECTE-PRESS DEBIT CARD WOULD HAVE REALLY INVESTIGATED THEY WOULD HAVE GOTTEN THE REAL.. SO CAN SOME ONE PLEASE GET MY MONEY BACK. A TOTAL OF $150.00 + THE COST OF A NEW CARD $ -= $160.00 PLEASE. I 'M ON SSI I 'M - & I CA N'T AFFORD TO BE ROBBED. I 'M ALREADY STRUGGLING AS IT IS. I CONTACTED - ABOUT THIS & THEY WERE OF NO HELP. ONLY TO BAD REVIEW THE COMPANY. I JUST FOUND OUT ABOUT HERE.. SO ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED. THANK YOU
