Credit card Taking/threatening an illegal action Sued w/o proper notification of suit Texas

Midland Funding placed a judgement on my credit report for a credit card debt that had nothing to do with them. I owed - - and apparently they purchased the debt and proceeded to harass me. I have a medical condition with proof and I told this company about this issue. This debt is since -/-/-/-/-/- and they are still harassing me to pay way more than I owe. I never received a summons but when I checked my credit report, there is a judgment placed. I called Midland Funding and asked them about it. they stated that they did not put this on my credit. Can you contact this company to find out why I have a judgement on my credit report and I am being hindered from getting medical attention because of this. I appreciate you investigating if this is legal for an unsecured credit card and the debt is so old. Thank you.
